We’re committed to getting your order to you safely, quickly, and with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process — from timelines to tracking. 

🌍Delivery Coverage

 We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and select rural areas. If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you promptly after your order is placed.

Note: For remote or out-of-coverage areas, delivery may take longer or require alternate arrangements.


⏱️Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times vary based on product type and location:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days
  • Made-to-order or customized items: 10–21 business days
  • Bulk or furniture orders: 2–4 weeks depending on logistics

You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout and via email once your order is confirmed

📦 Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select pin codes)

All shipments are tracked and insured for safety.

🔍Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time and contact our support team if you need assistance.

💸Delivery Charge

  • Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹75 shipping fee
  • Furniture & oversized items: May incur additional handling charges (shown at checkout)
  • Standard delivery: Free on orders above ₹999

📦Packaging & Handling

  • All items are packed with care using eco-friendly, protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items are double-boxed and cushioned for extra safety.

🚫Missed Deliveries

  • If you miss a delivery attempt:
  • Our courier will try again within 48 hours
  • You may also reschedule via the tracking link
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us — in such cases, re-delivery charges may apply
